Our Property & Coordination Package is designed to give retreat hosts more than beautiful accommodations. It gives you a private retreat setting, thoughtfully prepared guest homes, and the support of a host team that helps you plan well, welcome smoothly, and create an experience that feels cared for. From pre-arrival coordination to property orientation and on-site hospitality support, we help hold the details so you can stay focused on your people.
Two-House Property & Coordination Package
Our Standard Retreat Offering
Our primary retreat experience includes exclusive access to both the River House and the Cottage, creating a seamless, private two-house retreat setting for your group.
Guest Rooms & Capacity: 7 guest rooms and 8 total beds across both homes.
Overnight Accommodations: Comfortably hosts up to 16 overnight guests with shared rooms/beds, or up to 7 guests for single-occupancy retreats.
Minimum Stays: Two-night and three-night retreat formats available. (Extended stays custom quoted based on availability and group needs).
Weekend Pricing: Applies to any retreat stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night.
Rates & Member Pricing
Hosting a smaller, more intimate group? A single-house format may be considered on a case-by-case basis for smaller attendee counts, weekday stays, or select open dates.
One-House Property & Coordination Package
Approval Required
Guest Capacity: Accommodates up to 8 overnight guests (double occupancy) with shared bathrooms.
Approval Criteria: Based on group size, retreat purpose, requested dates, privacy preferences, and overall property availability.

A Note on Preferred Rates:
HTC and Founding Builder / Investor preferred rates apply exclusively to the Property & Coordination Package. Dining, Host Sanctuary accommodations, optional curated experiences, outside providers, taxes, and pass-through costs are priced separately.

Leading a retreat takes energy. You are holding the schedule, the room, the people, the questions, the transitions, and the experience itself.
The Manor House Host Sanctuary is not simply additional sleeping space. It provides retreat leaders and facilitators a quieter place to rest, prepare, take private calls, enjoy morning coffee, and decompress after programming while attendees stay together in the River House and Cottage. It allows retreat leadership to stay close enough to remain accessible, while having the space needed to feel rested, grounded, and present.

During your retreat, Marsh Manor serves as your property host. We provide arrival coordination, property orientation, and support for house and property related needs such as access, parking, trash, approved outdoor areas, fire pit use, kayak access, and general property questions.
You remain the leader of your retreat. We help make sure the setting, logistics, and guest experience support the retreat you are here to create.

Property Savings:
Member discounts apply directly to your Property and Coordination Package. Dining, tailored experiences, taxes, and third-party services are billed separately.Host Sanctuary Stay:
Sanctuary discounts are meant specifically for retreat leaders hosting an active, booked retreat. They cannot be used for standalone personal vacations or general Manor House visits.
