Self-Catered

Best For:
Hosts who want to manage food independently.

Includes:
Your group uses the residential kitchen or kitchens included in your selected property package, complete with standard household cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware, basic kitchen tools, and serving pieces.

Host Is Responsible For:
All food purchasing, preparation, serving, dishwashing, kitchen reset, leftovers, and food-related cleanup.

Additional Food Service Fee:
$0

Stocked Kitchen

Best For:
Hosts who want groceries waiting when they arrive while handling meal prep themselves.

Includes:
You provide one approved grocery list, and Marsh Manor handles one standard shopping trip, transportation, unloading, reasonable substitutions, and full kitchen and pantry organization before your group arrives.

Host Is Responsible For:
Meal preparation, serving, dishwashing, kitchen reset, and cleanup.

Stocked Kitchen Service Fee:
Actual grocery cost + $500

Please Note: Additional shopping trips, substantial list changes, specialty sourcing, or unusually complex requests may require an additional fee.

Catered Retreat Dining

Best For:
Hosts who want retreat leadership and guests to stay focused on the experience instead of meal logistics.

May Include:
Arrival refreshments, welcome grazing, prepared breakfasts, brunches, grazing-style lunches, buffet meals, family-style meals, casual dinners, chef experiences, snacks, desserts, coffee, tea, water, and nonalcoholic beverages.

Starting Price:
Two-night retreat: from $250/person
Three-night retreat: from $375/person

  • Pricing Factors:
    Final pricing depends on menu selection, group size, dietary needs, service style, staffing, provider availability, taxes, service charges, gratuity, and any required rentals or equipment.

  • Alcohol Policy:
    Alcohol is not included in Marsh Manor food and beverage packages. Hosts may provide alcohol for their group if they choose, subject to Marsh Manor alcohol policy, applicable laws, and responsible use expectations.
