Choose the level of food support that fits your retreat. Hosts can manage meals themselves, have the kitchens stocked before arrival, or add a catered retreat dining experience.

Self-Catered

Best For:
Hosts who want to manage food independently.

Includes:
Access to fully appointed residential kitchens with standard cookware, dishware, glassware, silverware, basic kitchen tools, and serving pieces.

Price:
Included.

Host Is Responsible For:
Food purchasing, transport, meal prep, serving, dishwashing, kitchen reset, leftovers, and food-related trash.

Stocked Kitchen

Best For:
Hosts who want groceries waiting when they arrive but prefer to handle cooking themselves.

Includes:
Grocery-list coordination, shopping, transport, unloading, refrigerator organization, pantry organization, and stocking the retreat houses before arrival.

Price:
Actual grocery cost + $500.

Does Not Include:
Cooking, serving, food replenishment, dishwashing, or meal cleanup.

Catered Retreat Dining

Best For:
Hosts who want their group to stay focused on the retreat instead of meal logistics.

Includes May Include:
Arrival refreshments, welcome grazing, prepared breakfasts, brunches, grazing-style lunches, buffet meals, family-style meals, casual dinners, chef experiences, snacks, desserts, coffee, tea, water, and nonalcoholic beverages.

Starting Price:
Two-night retreat: from $250/person
Three-night retreat: from $375/person

Final pricing depends on menu, group size, dietary needs, ingredient selection, service style, staffing, chef or caterer availability, taxes, service charges, gratuity, and required rentals or equipment.

Alcohol Note:
Alcohol is not included in Marsh Manor food and beverage packages. Hosts may provide alcohol for their group if they choose, subject to Marsh Manor’s alcohol policy, applicable laws, and responsible-use expectations.
