The River House and Cottage together can accommodate up to 16 overnight attendees with double occupancy. Bathrooms are shared, so retreat hosts should make sure guests are comfortable with the layout before booking.

If the retreat has fewer than 16 attendees, hosts may stay in the retreat houses with the group. If the retreat sells out at 16 attendees, there will not be separate host rooms available in the River House or Cottage. In that case, hosts may add the Manor House Host Sanctuary for an additional fee.

The standard Property & Coordination Package includes the River House and Cottage, standard cleaning and reset, linens, towels, fully appointed kitchens, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, firepit access, self-guided kayak use with signed waivers, one pre-retreat planning call, arrival coordination, and property orientation.

A one-house retreat format may be available by approval for smaller groups, weekday stays, or select open dates. Approval depends on group size, retreat purpose, requested dates, privacy needs, and property availability.

Yes. Hosts may choose self-catered meals, stocked kitchen support, or catered retreat dining. Catered retreat dining begins at $250/person for a two-night retreat and $375/person for a three-night retreat.

Alcohol is not included in Marsh Manor food and beverage packages. Hosts may provide alcohol for their group if they choose, subject to Marsh Manor’s alcohol policy, applicable laws, and responsible-use expectations.
