Wellness Wednesday
September 23 | 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Coastal Casual | Complimentary by Invitation
This September, High Tide Collective is opening the gates to The Retreat at Marsh Manor for a thoughtfully planned mix of connection, wellness, focused work, recreation, and time to pause.
These private experiences are created for founders, business owners, and community leaders. Come for one experience or return throughout the month. Registered guests may invite someone from the same community, and every attendee must register in advance.
September Is on Me
I want you to have the opportunity to experience High Tide Collective before deciding whether membership is right for you. This September, every invited guest will receive two complimentary Founder’s Guest Passes to use on two HTC event days. Come once to discover what we are building. Come back a second time to experience more of the community, property, and programming. After those two visits, published guest pricing applies. Premium add-ons remain separately priced.
Nature Walk & Talk: Notice What’s Here
Take a relaxed walk through Marsh Manor while noticing the woods, marsh, water, and details that are easy to miss when moving quickly. Cassie will offer a reflection prompt, invite a few quiet moments, and create space for paired conversation along the way. Comfortable walking shoes are encouraged.
The Creative Table
An open, self-directed space available throughout the day. Guests may play mahjong, stitch, read, listen to a podcast, journal, color, or enjoy a simple art project. Private work areas and quiet spaces are also available.
Breathe, Listen, Restore
Led by Carmen Calhoun of Breathwork 360 & Breathrecords
Carmen will begin with a body scan and guided meditation before moving into active breathwork. The experience includes practices for nervous-system regulation, intuitive listening, biblical reflection, and time for journaling and group sharing.
Prayer and Ruach, Carmen’s restorative hands-on presence, are available upon individual request. The session will take place outdoors when weather permits and indoors when needed.
Bring a light blanket and journal. Mats are available, or guests may bring their own. Maximum attendance is 20. Advance registration, health disclosures, and a waiver are required.
Nourished to Perform
How Food Supports Energy, Focus, and Resilience
Begin with a nourishing breakfast and a practical conversation about how balanced meals, hydration, and everyday choices can support steadier energy, clearer thinking, and greater resilience. The focus is nourishment that works in real life without restrictive rules or the feeling of being on a diet.
Lunch & Learn: Thread, Tiles, and the Active Mind
How Needlework, Pattern, and Play Keep Us Engaged
Live virtual presentation with Cammie Mackie of St. Clare Mahjong
Enjoy lunch while Cammie explores how needlework, mahjong, pattern recognition, creativity, and social connection contribute to an active and engaged mind. Guests may stitch during the presentation, use materials from The Creative Table, or simply listen and join the conversation.

Open Day at Marsh Manor
Wednesday, September 23 · 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Wellness Wednesday is designed to fit into real life. Come for one experience or spend the day. Join the sessions that serve you, spend time creating or connecting, or find a quiet place on the property to simply be.
Private work areas and high-speed Wi-Fi are available when you need to take a call, check email, or handle something important. The goal is to create meaningful space for yourself while staying connected enough that you do not return to work feeling overwhelmed or out of the loop.
Throughout the day, guests will be surrounded by other founders, business owners, and community leaders who understand the responsibilities they carry. Nothing is required, and no one needs to fill every hour. That is The High Tide Way.
Registration and Transfer Policy
All event registrations and purchases are final and nonrefundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another founder, business owner, or community leader who fits the High Tide Collective community. Notify HTC before the event with the replacement guest’s name and contact information. The replacement guest must complete all required registration forms, waivers, and health disclosures before participating.
For weather-dependent activities, High Tide Collective and the activity provider may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel an experience when severe weather or unsafe conditions require it. If HTC cancels an experience, the amount paid may be transferred to a future experience or refunded.
