Open Days at Marsh Manor

September 22 & 30 | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Coastal Casual | Complimentary by Invitation

This September, High Tide Collective is opening the gates to The Retreat at Marsh Manor for a thoughtfully planned mix of connection, wellness, focused work, recreation, and time to pause.

These private experiences are created for founders, business owners, and community leaders. Come for one experience or return throughout the month. Registered guests may invite someone from the same community, and every attendee must register in advance.

September Is on Me

I want you to have the opportunity to experience High Tide Collective before deciding whether membership is right for you. This September, every invited guest will receive two complimentary Founder’s Guest Passes to use on two HTC event days. Come once to discover what we are building. Come back a second time to experience more of the community, property, and programming. After those two visits, published guest pricing applies. Premium add-ons remain separately priced.

Spend an hour or spend the day. Open Day gives founders, business owners, and community leaders space to step away from their usual surroundings, care for themselves, get meaningful work done, and connect with others on the coast.

Guests may arrive and leave as their schedules allow. Individual activities with limited capacity must be selected during registration.

Meditation on the Marsh

Begin with quiet time overlooking the water from the River House dock. Cassie will lead a 15-minute guided meditation to help guests become still, breathe deeply, and create space for reflection.

Towels and yoga mats are available. Guests may bring their own mat, a camp chair, or a journal. Meditation will move indoors during inclement weather.

Coffee & Conversations

Start the morning with coffee, tea, coastal views, and easy conversation. There is no formal agenda. Come meet someone new, reconnect with someone you know, and enjoy the property before beginning the workday.

Co-working on the Coast

Trade your usual workspace for water views and room to think. Arrive anytime during co-working hours and stay for as much of the day as your schedule allows.

  • High-speed Wi-Fi and wireless printing

  • Indoor and outdoor work areas

  • Private and communal spaces

  • Dedicated space for calls and virtual meetings

  • Coffee, tea, water, and shared salty and sweet snacks

  • Private changing and shower space with towels and basic toiletries

Yoga + Pilates

Sophie Winchester will lead an approachable movement class combining elements of yoga and Pilates. The class will finish with water and a cool lavender cloth to help guests refresh before returning to the day.

A limited number of mats are available, and guests may bring their own. Movement will move indoors during inclement weather.

Lunch & Learn: The High Tide Way

Cassie will share how High Tide Collective helps members Pause with Purpose. The conversation will explore how intentional space away from daily demands can support clearer thinking, better focus, and more effective decisions. Guided table topics will help guests connect the ideas to their own lives and one another.

Guests may bring lunch or preorder a boxed lunch prepared by the Marsh Manor culinary team for $20.

Paddle with Purpose

End the day with a leisurely guided kayak experience through the marsh. No previous kayaking experience is required. The group will stay together, and assistance will be available when launching and returning to the dock.

Kayak, paddle, and life jacket are included. Guests may bring their own kayak. Wear comfortable, water-friendly clothing and water shoes. The paddle is limited to eight participants and requires a waiver. It will not take place during inclement weather.
