A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. A $500 security deposit is also collected and refunded within two weeks if the property is left in good condition. If you cancel, the full balance is still due, though rescheduling within the same calendar year is possible based on availability.

To preserve the privacy, serenity, and overall experience of each event, both guest houses are included in every booking, even if you plan to use only one. Yes! While we provide a list of trusted preferred vendors, you’re welcome to bring your own team. Please note that we are a venue-only location, so all wedding planners, caterers, rentals, and other vendors must be arranged separately. Our preferred vendor list will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed, to help make the planning process a little easier.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own décor, as long as it does not damage the property. Nails, adhesives, and other items that could cause harm are not allowed, and all décor must be removed after the event. For safety, only flameless candles are permitted both indoors and outdoors.

Yes, alcohol is permitted but must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Self-service is not allowed, and service must stop one hour before the event ends. Music is welcome, including DJs and live bands, but must end by 10 PM daily in accordance with local noise ordinances.
