I'm Cassie - a Retail Consultant & Business Growth Coach. My passion is working with emerging retailers to create data driven purchasing & sales goals, plan for their profitability & reduce financial stress so they can GROW their business and EARN MORE from their store.
With 20+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, retail store owner & consultant, I understand firsthand the challenges retail store owners encounter. My background in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship along with my experience as both a retailer and gift rep bring valuable insight to my clients across all areas of their business. I am a proud affiliate of Management One and incorporate their powerful inventory management tools into my consulting process.
I am passionate about helping retailers create a solid financial plan & improve operational efficiencies allowing them to meet their goals...most times goals they didn't even dare to dream were imaginable!

Think of it as a holistic “working vacation,” tailored to your unique professional and personal needs, designed to rest your body and ignite your mind.
You'll learn how to PLAN FOR PROFITABILITY (sell a lot AND earn a lot), while we focus on goal setting for the new year and prepping to make 2024 your most successful year yet!

Our intimate, small-group sessions provide an opportunity to connect and learn alongside your peers.
My philosophy is that the health and mindset of a business owner provides the foundation on which their business is built.
We invite you to relax, recharge, and prepare (mentally and physically) for the upcoming busy season by stepping outside your store this fall.
Our sessions are experiential, allowing you to engage with all your senses, so that you gain clarity of mind and tap into the flow of creative energy.
Your four day retreat in the low country will include both one-on-one coaching & profitability planning sessions as well as group training sessions on sales, marketing, inventory management and store operations.
The perfect mix of work and play - enjoy fireside chats, floating conversations as we paddle the river, massage therapy, a yoga or Pilates workout, and a Sight-Seeing Sip and Store tour of Historic Savannah (including a river boat tour).
Welcome to Marsh Manor!
The location for your Retail Retreat is Marsh Manor, a 40-acre private estate located in the tidal marshes of Coastal Georgia, convenient to Savannah and the Golden Isles.
Enjoy the lazy low country amid green marsh grass and high tides while we design your personalized Roadmap to Profitability, together.
Overnight accommodations are in the Guest Cottage, a 2000 sq, three bedroom, two bath guest house with a large screened porch with relaxing tidal views.

• Group sessions and interactive learning opportunities are tailored to the needs of the attendees. Topics will likely include retail profit planning, sales, marketing, customer experience, staffing and expense benchmarking.
• All activities throughout the retreat including a relaxation treatment of your choice (traditional full body massage or seated chair head/back/neck massage or hands & feet reflexology) , daily yoga, kayaking, guided meditations, a boat excursion & picnic lunch & learn on a private beach, and Sip and Shop Store Tour around Savannah.
• Accommodations for THREE nights and FOUR days at the guest cottage at Marsh Manor (double occupancy with shared bathrooms)
• Low Country dinner & welcome reception on the Sunday of arrival.
• Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner on both Monday & Tuesday. Snacks available for nibbling throughout all days. The cottage fridge will be stocked with non-alcoholic beverages to keep everyone hydrated throughout the event.

• Air or ground transportation. (Marsh Manor is located 2 miles off Interstate 95 in Midway, Georgia - a 35-minute drive south from the Savannah Airport and only an hour north of the Florida/Georgia line).
